Hi, I’m Lisa, the owner of Paw & Porch Home & Pet Care LLC.
Originally from Germany, I now call Orlando home.
I created Paw & Porch for families, travelers, and pet owners who want someone dependable and caring to look after the little things that matter most. I know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person entering your home and caring for your pets, which is why I focus on being respectful, reliable, and easy to communicate with from the very first visit.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and the small routines that help them feel safe and comfortable. I love going for walks—especially when a four-legged companion can join me.
My goal is to make Paw & Porch feel personal, trustworthy, and familiar—like having a helping hand you can count on.

Personal care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. Services include dog walking, pet visits, feeding, fresh water, playtime, cat care, and regular updates. Vet drop-off, pick-up, and additional pet care support may be available upon request.
Reliable home checks while you are away. We can check doors and windows, bring in mail and packages, take trash bins to and from the curb, water plants, look for visible issues, and send photo updates after each visit. We can also discuss personalized requests to help keep your home cared for exactly the way you need.
Simple home refresh services to help keep your space clean and welcoming. This may include kitchen refreshes, floors, bathroom touch-ups, trash removal, pet area cleanup, and return-home resets.

Add a basic home check to any In-Home Pet Visit. Includes checking doors and windows, collecting mail and packages, watering plants as needed, taking trash bins to or from the curb, checking for visible concerns, and a photo update. More extensive requests may require a separate Home Watch Visit.

Overnight care takes place in the pet owner's home and is available for established clients upon request. Includes an 8–10 hour overnight stay; daytime visits are not included.
Ideal for busy families and pet owners who need consistent weekly support.
Perfect for travelers who want their home checked while they are away. Approximately 20–30 minutes per visit. Visits can include bringing in mail and packages, taking trash bins to and from the curb, watering plants, and sending photo updates.
Travel favorite
Each visit includes a 30-minute In-Home Pet Visit and a basic Home Watch check, so both your pets and home are cared for while you are away.

Good to Know
Paw & Porch currently offers home watch, pet care, dog walking, in-home pet visits, light home cleaning, and vacation return refresh services.
Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, boarding, and medical care are not currently offered. Overnight care may be available for established clients upon request.

Yes. New clients receive a complimentary meet & greet so Lisa can learn your routines, meet your pets, review access, and make sure the service is a good fit.
Yes. Photo and visit updates are a core part of the Paw & Porch experience, helping you stay informed and at ease.
Absolutely. Pet care, home watch, and light home refresh services can be combined into a customized care plan.
Yes. Overnight care takes place in the pet owner's home, costs $95 per night, and is available to established clients, subject to scheduling and fit.
First-time clients pay in full after their request is accepted and before the booking is confirmed. Returning clients pay a 50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due on the first day of service, unless different written terms are agreed. If a client returns early, no refund or credit will be issued for any unused portion of the confirmed booking.
Single services may be canceled without charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For later cancellations, 50% of the booking total is retained. No-shows and cancellations after service begins are charged in full. Multi-day, overnight, and holiday bookings may require a longer cancellation period; any different deadline will be disclosed before payment. If Paw & Porch cancels a confirmed service and cannot provide an agreed alternative, payment for the unperformed service will be refunded.
